AdamAdam Kurtzman's home is a craftsman with a con-temporary flair.  Adam is a gifted sculptor and he does beautiful stained glass work.

Mike and Millie Shivas chose to live in a duplex so that they could collect income from the cottage in back of their home. Here they are shown in their kitchen with their new little tenant, Aidan.

 

Nat

Natalie Seaman, current president of the Mount Washington Association, purchased the vacant lot next to her Mt. Washington home as an investment and protection against development. 

 

The Logues are from Japan.  They won the immigration lottery & came in July to look for a home.  We found their dream home on the first day out. They went back to Japan to ship their belongings, & 3 weeks later they returned & moved in.
